1 Introduction & Acceptance

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

For depositing funds at 7cc77, we accept only the following methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted and 7cc77 will not be held responsible for them.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered method.
• The source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be the same person's account.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• 7cc77 may request further information in the case of any unusual or suspicious transaction.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

7cc77 follows a strict policy against money laundering and illegal financing. We monitor all suspicious transactions. If evidence of using the platform for illegal purposes is found, the account will be cancelled and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 7cc77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. This wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has a specific validity period; once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• 7cc77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of a breach of bonus terms is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Gaming Conduct & Fair Play

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Placing excessive bets using low-risk strategies to fulfil bonus requirements (bonus hunting).

6.3 Technical Issues

7cc77 may reject any claim for winnings incorrectly credited due to a technical error. In such situations, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant game round and refund the original stake.

7 VIP Program

7cc77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity. Applicable bonus terms and conditions may also apply to VIP benefits and cashback. 7cc77 reserves the right to change the VIP structure.

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Dispute Resolution

Any complaint regarding a game result must be submitted within 72 hours of the game round being completed. Claims made after this period may not be considered.

7cc77 reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to give users appropriate notice. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
